Digital products
Because digital files can’t be “returned” once downloaded, we generally don’t offer refunds simply because you’ve changed your mind. Please read the product description, “What’s inside” list and FAQ carefully before buying, and contact us if you have any questions.
When we will help
If something isn’t right, we want to fix it. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if:
- Your files won’t download or open
- A file is damaged, incomplete or different from the description
- You were charged twice for the same order
We’ll replace the file, help you get it working, or issue a refund if we can’t resolve the problem.
